As part of my culminating experience I worked in the creation of the Business plan of a Management-Booking agency called CLU. The main objective of this agency is to support independent musicians in order to help mid-level and well-known independent music projects grow and evolve in the direction that is right for them in their future career moves. These activities are structured to follow a path that offer strategies and services specialized in the internationalization and expansion of their market within the Latin American countries and in general the Spanish-speaking market including the Hispanic market in the USA.
