Berklee Performance Center Concerts
Collaboration—Faculty guitarist David Howard presents the Joe
Parillo Ensemble performing original music incorporating elements
of jazz, Latin, and world music.
The Back Bay Brass Jazz Orchestra—Big band jazz originals in
swing, Latin, and contemporary styles will be presented by faculty
trombonist, composer, and arranger Ben Elkins.
The Summer Concert Choir - under the direction of Voice
department faculty member Anne Peckham, the Summer Concert
Choir will perform a concert of classic choral repertoire including
Handel's Coronation Anthem #4 and Te Deum by JHohn Rutter
with Barbara Jones featured on piano.
The Berklee Rainbow Band - Directed by faculty trombonist/
composer/arranger Phil Wilson, the Berklee Rainbow band presents
contemporary jazz and Latin music for large ensemble.
The Five-Week Blow-Out Concert: 'm On My Way Home -0
The Five Week Summer Performance Program winds up with this
concert featuring some of the program’s best ensembles ranging
from small groups to big band and the five-week choir. Musical
styles will include rock, jazz and fusion.
