January 29 Rock & Roll With MPC & The Instigators - directed by Michacl Capsalis, one
of the arcas up and coming rock groups presents their first Performance
Center Concert. |
February 3 Head On - Faculty Trombonist Kevin Haines leads his group in a program of 2
contemporary jazz.
February 4 Synfun - dirccted by John Amaral & Berke McKelvey, Synfun is an acoustic- ‘
clectric group that derives its style from a wide varicty of musical influences. |
February 5 20th Century Chamber Music By Faculty Composers - Faculty member Matt
Marvuglio presents a program of contemporary chamber music composed by
faculty composers.
February 10 Street Level - Faculty member Jeft Covell leads his quintet in a program of @
New Music.
February 11 Rick Holland Meets The All Stars! - A program of small group contemporary
jazz featuring some of the better Berklee players, directed by Rick Holland.

February 17 Maggi Scott & Friends - Vocalist/pianist Maggi Scott appears in trio and big
band settings in this program of jazz. Also featured will be the big band of
fellow faculty member Greg Hopkins. ®
February 18 The Jan Jarczyk/Kelly Park Concert - A divided program featuring faculty
member Jarczyk and student Park in an evening of contemporary music.
February 19 Quinntagious - Matthew Quinn and Steve Wilkes direct their high-energy
SN fusion band in a program of original music.
February 25 A Visit To La-La Land Featuring The Big Deal Orchestra - Faculty Member
Frank Macchia directs his new group in an evening of funk/
fusion music of the highest quality. @
February 26 Voices: Compositions By Bruce Bromley - Composer Bruce Bromley
presents an evening of original chamber music.
March 2 Lucky Southern/Street Beat - A “two-for-one” concert that opens with the
fine country rock group Lucky Southern directed by Clara Vescliza and Eric
Werse and closes with Marti Bonne's jazz rock group, Street Beat.
March 3 All Ives - Faculty Pianist Stephany Plsek directs a program of the music of B
Charles Ives.
March 4 The Bradley Young Trio - Directed by Bradley Young, this is one of the
outstanding jazz groups in the Berklee community.
March 5 The Corey Allen Concert - Faculty composer/pianist Allen leads his six horn
jazz group in concert.
March 10 Thoese Lovin’ Fools - Kouros Shahmiri and Marsha Williams lead their group _
Toulouse in an evening of jazz/rock/pop music. B
March 11 The Donald Harrison Quartet - Alto saxophonist Harrison leads his quartet
in a program of straightahead jazz music.
March 12 The Third Dog Quintet - Faculty Saxophonist Dan Harrington presents his
mainstream jazz group in a return concert.
March 24 The Gary Boigon Group - Composcr/saxophonist Gary Boigon presents a
program of contemporary jazz. @
