FALL '83

A TRIBUTE TO NEW ORLEANS - Two of Berklee's faculty
members, clarinetist John LaPorta and pianist Bob
Winter join forces to present a program featuring
the music of Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington and
Charles Mingus as well as some original compositions
on the New Orleans theme.

FORMERLY WITH NO-ONE ~ Faculty saxophonist Greg
Badolato and guitarist Mordy Ferber will direct
their ensemble through an evening of original jazz
compositions featuring special guest, faculty
vibraphonist Ed Saindon.

THROUGH THE AGES - Student drummer Robert Hart and
his quartet will present an evening of progressive
jazz-rock compositions by group members John Seppala
and Rob Mathes.

JOHN DAMIAN & BILL FRISELL IN CONCERT - Faculty
guitarist Jon Damian and guitarist Bill Frisell
return to the Berklee Performance Center to present
program of original jazz compositiors.
