DIGITAL HANDS — Faculty guitarist Stephen Rochinski and faculty
trumpeter Tim Hagans lead their quintet, "Digital Hands,’ in a concert of
original high-energy contemporary jazz.

EDSEL R. GOMEZ IN CONCERT — Senior pianist Edsel Gomez presents
an evening of progressive Latin jazz originals performed by an all-star
group with special guests faculty saxophonists Bill Pierce and

George Garzone.

Doublé€ Concert —MATSURI II/NIGHT CARNIVAL — In the first half of
this double concert, guitarist Steve Pang leads his sextet, “Asian Wave,’
through a program of original jazz fusion compositions. Then composer/
arranger Hideo Abe offers a program of original big band jazz in
“Night Carnival’

LENNIE PETERSON'S TOOT — Faculty trombonist Lennie Peterson
returns to the Performance Center with his quintet, “Toot," for an evening
of original rock fusion showcasing selections from their recently
released album. ;

KIDD STUFF — Vocalist Billy Kidd presents a varied concert of original
Jjazz, jazz/rock, and funk compositions for big band, trio and large
ensemble with special guest faculty guitarist Bill Brinkley.

GREEN SOX — Guitarist Naoki Ninomiya presents “Green Sox;’ a program
of original jazz and fusion performed by his all-star quintet.

THE DAZE OF "WHY” NEUROSIS — The Berklee Jazz Choir, led by faculty
vocalist Steve Prosser, presents an evening of acapella singing in a
variety of styles with arrangements by The King Singers, Prosser, and
Billy Kidd.

Double Concert — QUE MAXIMO/IMPRESSIONS OF VENEZUELA — In
the first haif of this double concert, vocalist/guitarist/composer
Thania Sanchez leads her octet in a program of original Latin-jazz
fusion compositions. Guitarist/composer Orlando Parra follows with
original compositions in the style of Venezuelan music featuring
special guests faculty saxophonist Bob Zung and faculty vibraphonist
Victor Mendoza.
