BERKLEE PERFORMANCE CENTER CONCERTS

Spring ' 84



THE INTERNATIONAL DUES BAND returns to the
Performance Center stage under the direction of
trombonist Phil Wilson for yet another exciting
evening of Big Band music.

SIGNATURE - A variety of styles including jazz,
new wave and rock will be explored by John P.T.
Morris and his group. &
AND IN CONCLUSION - Student trumpeter Mark Greel
presents an evening of mainstream and
contemporary jazz in a variety of settings,
featuring vocalist Becky Paris.

REEL 7 - THE BERKLEE FILM FESTIVAL PRODUCED BY
DON WILKINS, Chairman of the Film Scoring
Department. =

BERKLEE CONCERT JAZZ ORCHESTRA - Under the
direction of Herb Pomeroy, this prestigious

group returns to the Performance Center stage in
a program that showcases some of Bgrklee's
finest young musicians. -

CLIFF WITTSTRUCK AND FRIENDS - Jazz, latin, rock
and funk will be presented by guitarist Cliff
Wittstruck and his group.

BACK BAY BRASS JAZZ ORCHESTRA - Directed by
faculty Trombonist Ben Elkins. An evening of
Big Band jazz featuring the compositions of Ben
Elkins.

Double Concert — I BELIEVE IN CHORD SCALES/ AN
APRIIL EVENING - The first half of the concert
features music in a variety of styles and
showcases the talents of Berklee's student
arrangers. In the second half vocalist Nina
Adel leads her group through a program of jazz,
latin, R & B and pop.
