Feel — Faculty member Dan Moretti presents
a student ensemble performing original Latin
jazz.
December 7 - 1:00 p.m. - Idioddities —
Faculty pianist JoAnne Brackeen presents her
advanced jazz ensemble performing originals
and compositions by Clifford Brown and
Branford Marsalis.
December 7 - 2:30 p.m. -Bluegrass
Ensemble - David Hollender directs various
Bluegrass ensembles in traditional and con-
temporary styles.
December 7 - 4:00 p.m. - Music of the
Yellowjackets - A quartet performs the
music of the famed jazz fusion band, The
Yellowjackets, under the direction of David
Weigert.
December 7 - 7:30 p.m. - Performer
Songwriter Showcase 2004 - The
Songwriting Department proudly presents
the annual Performer/Songwriter Showcase
which will occur at the end of each Fall
semester. As usual it will feature a variety of
song styles including pop, folk, metal R & B
and rock.
December 8 - 1:00 p.m. - Advanced Small
Band Ensemble - Faculty member Herman
Hampton presents his ensemble in perform-
ance.
December 8 - 2:30 p.m. — Mixed World
Music - Faculty member Alain Mallet presents
his Mixed World Music ensemble in perform-
ance.
December 8 — 4:00 p.m. - Blue Note Era &
Wayne Shorter Ensembles - Berklee's Music
of Wayne Shorter and the Blue Note Era
Ensembles perform under the direction of
faculty member Dave Santoro.

Labs - This semester's Berklee Marimba 9 {
Concert, directed by Nancy Zeltsman, will
feature performances by two Marimba 3 ‘
Performance Labs, the Marimba 2
Transcriptions and Repertoire Lab, the
Marimba in Mixed Chamber Music Lab, and *~
