The Jazz Masters Series
at the
Berklee Performance Center

The Berklee Performance Center is a former movie theater which the College in
1975 undertook to renovate into the acoustically fine and aesthetically attractive
concert hall one sees today.

scholarship support for Berklee students, as well as offering Greater Boston residents
the finest artists in jazz today. All proceeds from the Series are allocated to a Student

BERKLEE COLLEGE OF MUSIC

Berklee College of Music was established by President Lawrence Berk in 1945
to prepare students for careers in music through a broadly-based, vocationally-
oriented curriculum focusing on contemporary and traditional music forms. The
College’s full-time enrollment of 2500 students places it among the largest colleges of
music in the world. The diversity and practical emphasis of the curriculum have
attracted a student body that is international in character with students currently
in attendance from more than 40 countries.
