WHO'S IN THE CREW

Rob Ballantine (Director)
is so thrilled to be making his directorial Debut with this year’s
production of Hairspray. A 6th semester student from Chicago, he
plans to continue directing and possibly pursue it as a career.

Cam Moncur (Music Director)

Cameron is thrilled to be working with this cast and crew on such a
wonderful show. Previous credits include: Amelia: The Girl Who
Wants To Fly (Thousand Island Playhouse), Guys and Dolls (Drayton
Entertainment), A Christmas Carol, The Rocky Horror Show, White
Christmas (Theatre Aquarius), Scrooge, Joseph... (Rose Theatre), West
Side Story, She Loves Me (Theatre Sheridan), Tommy (Platinum Theatre
Company).

Marian Gémez Villota (Assistant MD) Originally from Madrid, Spain,
Marian is on her 5th semester, dual majoring in MP&E and CW&P.
After having a great experience last spring as MD of the MTC's Movie
Musicals Revue, she didn't wanted to miss this opportunity to work
with the club, and the amazing cast and orchestra. Everyday with
them is a lesson of hard work, dedication and love for music theatre.

Raven Yasmin (Stage Manager)
drummer. This is her first time

stage managing. It has been an exciting

Jade Garcia (Makeup) is a fifth semester Professional Music major. As
a principal vocalist, she has been performing in musicals for 7 years.
As a side gig Jade does makeup and hair for weddings, proms, shows,
etc. She is honored to be a part of the Musical Theatre Clubs
production of Hairspray.

To the cast: You are an amazingly talented group of people, but you knew it
would take more than that to put on a great show. Thank you for all your hard
work and positive energy.

To the crew: Thank you for being thoughtful and creative, and for being
proactive in coming up with ideas for the show. Each of your specific skill sets
was vital to creating the big picture.

Rob would also like to give thanks in particular to Carla, Cam, Marian, Raven,
