Angelemia Bachiman presents a Jazz Hip Hop ensemble performing
original music composed and arranged by students. Then facutly percus-
sionist Dave Cowan presents his funk ensemble in performing old school
funk by George Clinton, P-Funk and Cameo.
December 7, 2:00 p.m Latin Jazz Ensemble - Faculty member Mia Olsen
presents The Latin Jazz student ensemble in performance featuring
works by Chucho Valdez, Mario Bauza, Freddie Hubbard, Oscar Hernandez
and Sonny Rollings.
December 7, 4:00 p.m Cedar Walton Ensemble- Faculty member
Marcello Pellitteri presents his student ensemble performing the music of
Cedar Walton.
December 7, 7:30 p.m Berklee Marimba Concert- directed by Nancy
Zeltsman - Performances by two Marimba Performance Labs, the Ma-
rimba Transcriptions and Reper toire Lab, the Marimba in Mixed Chamber
Music Lab, and Berklee solo marimbists.
December 8, 2:00 p.m The Oregon Ensemble — Woodwind department
faculty member Barbara La Fitte presents this student ensemble perform-
ing music from the renowned quartet as well as some student originals
featuring Dan Brantigan, trumpet, Jaleen Hall, oboe & English Horn, Mads
Tolling, violin, John Shannon, guitar, Travis Vance, bass and Matt Kilmer,
percussion.
December 8, 4:00 p.m Pop/Rock Rhythm Section & Vocal Ensemble-
Faculty member Nancy Morris presents her pop/rock vocal ensembles in
performance.
