FROM THE "OZONE" LAYER -Pianist Makoto Ozone
returns to the Performance Center to display yet
another facet of his remarkable talent.
Surrounding himself with some of Berklee's best
players, Ozone offers a program of his own
compositions and arrangements for large and
small jazz ensembles.



JODY ESPINA - Two hot bands, "Oracle" and "Mary
Higgins", led by student saxophonist Jody Espina
will burn through a program of jazz, rock and
funk.

MORE MULTIPLE INSTRUMENTS - Berklee faculty
multi-instrumentalist/composer Scott Robinson
will perform on a number of instruments
including saxes, flugelhorn and double - belled
euphonium. Student musicians Niels Lan Doky,
Hugh Hamilton, Klaus Suansaari and Makoto Ozone
will be featured.

THE REVERENCE GOSPEL ENSEMBLE PRESENTS "'WE
EXPECT YOU..." - Sixty-one talented Berklee
students will take stage under the direction of
vocalist/arranger Lisa Harrigan and present a
program that includes a variety of musical
styles including funk, rock, jazz, gospel and
reggae.

BACK BAY BONES/BACK BAY BRASS Directed by Ben
Elkins. The Back Bay Bones, consisting of ten
trombones plus rhythm, will play arrangements
written especially for the group. The Back Bay

Brass, a seventeen piece Big Band will feature
the music of Stan Kenton, Rob McConnell and
other well-known Big Bands.
