Berklee Performance Center Concerts

June 13 - Trio Plus Two - Faculty saxophonist Dino Govoni is joined by faculty
members bassist Bruce Gertz and drummer Bob Kaufman in an evening of
contemporary jazz.

June 20 - Egg/Jacob - Faculty guitarist Robin Stone showcases two bands. Egg
is a cover band playing an eclectic mix of tunes from various artists; Jacob is rock
band performing original compositions.

June 22 - International Assoclation of Schools of Jazz Student Ensembles
- Student Ensembles from the International Association of Schools of Jazz
conference.

June 23 - International Association of Schools of Jazz Student Ensembles -
Student Ensembles from the International Association of Schools of Jazz confer-
ence.

June 24 - Sax/Brass Weekend Finale

June 25 - A Night with Kenwood Dennard - Berklee Associate Professor, Kenwood
Dennard, will lead his own band featuring funk/fusion/and techno-rap styles.

June 26 - Trichy Sankaran & Jamey Haddad - Berklee Associate Professor, Jamey
Haddad, will perform solo ethnic percussion works and improvistations and
perform with his own world/jazz trio. In addition, Visiting Artist, South Indian
percussion legend, Trichy Sankaran, will be featured in solo performance.

June 27 — Alessandra Belloni - Visiting Artist, Alessandra Belloni will perform a
solo concert featuring traditional Italian and Middle Eastern frame drums,
tambourines, and percussion. Traditional dancing will be an integral part of this
special performance. This event is sponsored by Remo, Inc.

June 28 - Latin Night- Led by Berklee Associate Professor, Victor
Mendoza, will feature many of Berklee's hand percussion faculty and
important visiting artists such as, Giovanni Hidalgo, Horacio Hernandez,
John Santos, and Walfredo Reyes, Sr.

June 29 - West African Night - Led by Berklee Associatte Professor, Joe Galeota,

will feature the West Aftican Drum & Dance Ensemble, Berklee Assistant Profes-
sor, Mahamad Camara, and various West African artists.
