Berklee Faculty Association
Concert Series
REEL 6
THE 1983 BERKLEE FILM FESTIVAL
produced under the direction of
DON WILKINS
Chairman of the Film Scoring Department
Since its incéfition in 1977, THE BERKLEE FILM FESTIVAL
has served as an outlet in screening films fromcolleges
and universities whose music has been scored at Berklee.
This is typically a combined effort requiring the talents
of composers, performers, recording engineers and film
music editors. On occasion we are also able to present
the work of faculty on independent professional films.
Two such films are presented tonight along with an im-
pressive production from New York University's Graduate
Film Department entitled "Grandpa And Billy". This fes-
tival is the premier screening for some films, many of
which have won major festivals and garnered national
recognition.
