. Eva Gertz: The Hunting Dance

“This piece tells a story involving animals: a wolf and a rabbit. The wolf's
theme is in the trumpét, and the rabbit is represented with the flutes. The
IHuntm Dance reflects the nature of predator and prey; that it is all more or
ess a dance.”

Il. Ryan Camus: In Between Worlds

“This piece is a reflection of some of my own feelings that | can't grasp, but
can only try to perceive.”

Ill. Eunhye Jeong: Breath and Words

“Unspoken emotions emerge through breaths that eventually become some
sort of words.”

IV. Eva Gertz: Snake Story

“This piece tells a story about a woman who adopts a snake as a Ipejc, which
turns out to be a very bad idea. In many parts o the piece, the clarinet rep-
resents the voice of the snake, and the oboe, the voice of the woman.”

“A baby turtle is born and starts its journey in the starry night.”
VI. Joanna Pane: Wading
