Berklee Performance Center Concerts

March 24- International Folk Festival- The
19th annual International Folk Music Festival
will feature a wide variety of performers. The
countries and styles represented at this year's
concert include Indonesia, Puerto Rico,
Argentina, Ireland, Scotland, Colombia,
U.S.A., Mexico, Klezmer, and Bluegrass. This
show is part of the Nothing Conservatory
Concert series.

March 28- Pop/Rock Live 2005- The 17th
annual Rock Arranging Live concert high-
lights the best music written by some of the
most talented student songwriters and
arrangers. Under the direction of faculty
member Mirek Kocandrle, this concert will
present a variety of original compositions as
well as new arrangements of standard
rock/pop repertoire featuring some of the
college's finest vocalists and instrumentalists.
This year we proudly present and feature fac-
ulty member, producer/saxophonist Michael
Hamilton.

March 29- Singer’s Night - Outstanding stu-
dent vocalists representing all semester levels
will perform in a variety of styles including
jazz, rock, R&B, country and Latin under the
direction of faculty member Jeff Ramsey and
the Singers Night Team. Featured singers
include Kevin Choi, Laura Brunner, Chris
Higgins, Michal reshef, Andrew Delong,
Sarah Brown, Janet Onyenucheya, Aya
Awoskia, Lelah Cyr, Candace Coles, Meagan
O'Brien, and Georgel Arevalo.

March 30 - Kim Plainfield/Dave Dicenso Trio
— Faculty drummer Dave DiCenso presents
compositions for Organ Trio by Larry
Goldings, Peter Bernstein, John Scofield and
B3 player Nate Wilson with faculty guitarist
David Newsam.

April 8- Yellowjackets Songbook - The
