BEO: Berklee Events Online

Berklee Archives holds over 20,000 campus event recordings from Berklee College of Music and the Boston Conservatory at Berklee on various audiovisual formats. Additionally Berklee Archives now preserves born-digital assets of current events received from the College’s Video Services office (as of 2019) and the Conservatory’s Performance Technology office (as of 2022) -- approximately 4,000 events per year.

Berklee Archives makes limited performances available to stream online in our in-house streaming platform, Berklee Events Online (BEO). This is an ongoing project, so we appreciate your patience as we work to expand our streaming offerings. For more information about our numerous event recording collections, including how to search and browse collections, options for access, and other policies, please see our Event Recordings Libguide.

About the BEO platform:

  • Viewing access requires a Berklee OnePass login.
  • Gaps exist in our collection holdings and online catalogs due to the volume of events, limited staff resources, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, and division restrictions. If you have questions about the online viewing availability of a recording, email archives@berklee.edu. For 2023-2024 events, patrons should expect a delay of at least one semester between performance and availability in BEO due to processing volume.
  • We welcome requests! Requests for older events to be made available to stream in BEO can be submitted using this form or by emailing archives@berklee.edu, subject to extant rights and format restrictions.
