Spring 1982

Asante Sana — Directed by Tyrone Jefferson. A concert of music that
is of Afro-American origin, featuring original compositions arranged
by Tyrone Jefferson.

Joe Cohn/Les Arbuckle/ Steve Johns/Ed Felson —@An evening of
Jazz standards, bebop and blues is presented by faculty member Les
Arbuckle and his quartet.

The Harry Miller Space Heater Band /Danish Design — A divided
program. The Harry Miller Band, an electric/acoustic quintet, playing
composed and improvised jazz-related music will perform in the first
half. The second half presents Danish Design, directed by Niels Lan
Doky, featuring alto saxophonist Donald Harrison and compositions
by Danish composers and American residents of Denmark such as
