PENTA REI', JAZZ OF TODAY, THE MUSIC OF PUPPE
LUDMARK, under the direction of Greg Badolato -
Saxophonist Greg Badolato of the Berklee faculty
presents a concert of contemporary jazz music
featuring the original compositions of Puppe
Ludmark, a young guitarist/composer from Sweden.
Stylistically, the music is lyrical and
harmonically innovative, providing a challenging
format for improvisation.

FOR THOSE WHO CARE - A variety of musical styles
featuring an outstanding jazz orchestra is
directed by faculty composer Mirek Kocandrle.

FROM THE "OZONE" LAYER -Pianist Makoto Ozone
returns to the Performance Center to display yet
another facet of his remarkable talent.
Surrounding himself with some cf Berklee's best
players, Ozone offers a prograw of his own
compositions and arrangements for large and
small jazz ensembles.

JODY ESPINA - Twe hot bands, "Oracle' and "Mary
Higgins", led by student saxophonist Jody Espina

will burn through a program of jazz, rock and
funk.
