Gallegos

Bobby Gallegos is an assistant
professor at Berklee College of
Music. He is a trumpeter and

a freelance musician who has
performed with Ray Charles,
the Temptations, the O’Jays, Ray
Barretto, the Boston Pops, and
others.

 

Alonzo Harris

As assistant professor in Berklee’s Ensemble Department,
Alonzo Harris values the importance of a music education
and seeks to share with his students in an eclectic manner.
With recent work as musical director and arranger for the
2014 BET Music Matters Awards, and the VH1 musical
Rebellious Soul, Harris shares his knowledge with students
and helps them understand the
connection between theory and
practice with both the written and
spoken word. His credits include
collaborations with the RCA,
Atlantic Records, Epic Records,
Universal Music Group, and
Showtime at the Apollo, and he has
worked with artists such as Betty
Wright, K. Michelle, Tyrese, Tiara
Thomas, and SWV.
