Why? Doesn’t the doctrine of fair use cover all educational
cases? Unfortunately not. This session will cover how fair use
applies in your classroom and teaching. The session will also
address the steps you can take to stay on the right side of the
law while still exploiting the broadest application of fair use
and appropriately exercising educational exemptions in

your teaching
