The Jazz Masters Series at the Berklee Performance Center The Berklee Performance Center is a former movie theater which the College in 1975 undertook to renovate into the acoustically fine and aesthetically attractive concert hall one sees today. The Jazz Masters Series at the Berklee Performance Center is a program to raise scholarship support for Berklee students, as well as offering Greater Boston residents the finest artists in jazz today. All proceeds from the Series are allocated to a Student Scholarship Fund which provides financial assistance to Berklee students. Those attending the Jazz Masters Series are also welcome to Berklee’s own Faculty/Student Concert Series.
