WHO'S IN THE CAST

Sydney is thrilled to play Velma Von Tussle in BMTC's
production of Hairspray! Originally from Richmond, Virginia
and in her fifth semester at Berklee, Sydney has had a great time
working with this amazing cast and crew, and is proud to be on
the board this year as the PR Coordinator for the club. Sydney
wants to thank her family for all their support, and a special
shout out to her majestic shehorn. Enjoy the show!
Born in Bronx, NY, Jay is a second semester Berklee student
majoring in Songwriting. Kelley’s previous credits include: Hud
¥ Johnson (Hair), Jesus (Godspell), and Trevor Graydon 111
’ (Thoroughly Modern Millie). Jay is both honored and ecstatic to
/ » be a part of the Hairspray cast, and to continue to grow and
" perform with such wonderful souls.

f Taylor is so happy to play Motormouth Maybell in this year’s

' BMTC production Hairspray! Taylor is in her 6th semester, and
&1 is honored to be apart of this show and she wants to thank her
& Family and God for all they have donel!

 

  

Carla is thrilled to be performing in her third and final MTC
mainstage! Credits include- Regional: Hair, Evita (with Andrea
McArdle), Tommy. Educational: Rent (Alexi Darling), The Wild
Party (Dolores), How to Succeed in Business, Les Miserables.
Carla is the President of the MTC and the choreographer of this
incredible production! She sends all of her love to the cast, her
family, friends, and her other half, Matthew.*Carla is proud to
be an Equity Membership Candidate.

Alexis is a Professional Music major and Drama minor from
Fresno, California. She spent the past Spring semester at
Berklee Valencia, and records jingles and voice-overs for
various companies internationally. Alexis is honored to be

working again with the BMTC and with such a dedicated cast
and crew!

Sandra is from Atlanta Georgia, and in her 5th semester at
Berklee as a duel major in Music Education and Performance.
Past performances of hers include Roxie in Chicago, Evelyn
Nesbit in Ragtime and Meg Brockie in Brigadoon! She is

thrilled to be a part of this show and hopes everyone has a
wonderful time!

 

Khalil is very excited to perform in the MTC production of
Haispray! He is 21 years old from Philadelphia, PA and
currently majoring in songwriting at Berklee, with voice as his
principal instrument. Previous shows include The Wild Party,
and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.
