David Friend Recital Hall Concerts o February 22 - Stambandet - The Scandinavian Vocal Ensemble -Under the direction of faculty member Allen LeVines the 15 voice vocal en- o B semble Stambandet performs traditional songs from Iceland, Norway and Sweden featuring six and seven-part harmonies and including a wide range of a cappella folk traditions. - February 24 - Music for Piano, Four Hands - Composition department “ faculty member Marti Epstein presents music from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries written specifically for piano duet. Compositions by JC Bach, Franz Schubert, Antonin Dvorak, Samuel Barber and Francis T Poulenc will be performed by Marti Epstein and Jennifer Elowsky, Instruc- tor, Boston College. : February 25 - The Sal DiFusco Project - Presented by guitar department faculty member Sal DiFusco, this concert will contain elements of jazz, rock, funk and fusion and feature compositions by Sal DiFusco, Wayne v Naus, Mike Stern, George Benson, Carlos Santana, and others.
